I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.
I believe in connection - deep, human, unguarded connection. Therapy is one of my greatest passions, and I feel honoured to witness transformation alongside those I work with, learning from them, and often finding inspiration in the courage, insight, and resilience they bring. I strive to shape my approach to fit each person, honouring the uniqueness of their story.
For me, the heart of this work is relationship - rooted in authenticity, openness, empathy, and compassion, with perhaps a touch of humour to lighten the strange, beautiful weight of life.

Sex Therapy

I am a realistic optimist. I know the world can be cruel and unyielding, and still, I remain hopeful. My personal and professional experiences have taught me to hold both truths at once. I am endlessly fascinated by humans, by this life, by the ways we endure and begin again.
I try to live as though I already arrived at the end of my life, but was given a do-over. Obviously I am not always able to think this way... but when I do, I find I am able to step outside of life's cyclical and sometimes mundane nature and have more appreciation of the little things! It also helps me recognize where I do, and certainly do not want to spend energy.
I love poetry and thoughtful language, hiking, road trips (with car karaoke, of course), exploring, thrifting, and crafting. I dislike, though I’m also guilty of, small talk and the human urge to fill silence. I believe in being comfortable with pauses, stillness, and reflection.
